Food options to lower bad Cholesterol with Healthy Diet

Cholesterol is a big word and majority of people think that all kinds of cholesterol is bad however that is not true. Dessert

Snacks
For snacks, the best source of cholesterol-lowering unsaturated fats are seeds and nuts. You can opt for handful of nuts between the large meals.
